Audit code

To create a new audit code, click the AUDIT MENU on the left sidebar, then click AUDIT CODE MENU below the audit menu and then click ADD AUDIT CODE button in the top right corner.

You will see a form like this.

Creating Audit Code

  1. Fill up the NAME field to identify the correct AUDIT CODE.

  2. Enter a UNIQUE AUDIT CODE. It will help users to get this audit code easily.

  3. Select an item from the PARENT CODE FIELD list. You will be able to create a nested AUDIT CODE. [You will not get any parent item in the list when you are creating the first audit code. YOU CAN LEAVE IT BLANK].

  4. Enter AUDIT CLAUSE.

  6. Enter AUDIT SUB CLAUSE.

  7. Enter AUDIT REQUIREMENTS.

  8. Click SAVE BUTTON.
